I experienced a medical emergency with my friend, who was admitted to hospital. the staff accommodated a late check-in. they offered toiletries i may have forgotten. the bed provided amazing comfort. It helped me deal with everything. i turned off the air conditioning, yet appreciated that it was available.

the car park charged expensive rates. i paid on top of my room rate. this was quite inconvenient.

The breakfast offered many choices, including a really good coffee machine. I particularly appreciated that the toilet was separate from the shower and the rest of the bathroom. It added privacy. The staff proved very helpful. The team was situated ideally for walking to key areas. I would definitely stay again!!!
